Founder’s Day Concert-2014

Founders Day Concert:

Once more, the Founders Day concert will take place on Friday, November 7, from 6-9 p.m. downtown, held on Market Street. ‘American Idol Top 50’ performer Ghaleb will be back, due to popular demand, performing his classical style music with a twist of rumba, accompanied by a special guest violinist from the Miami orchestra. A special opening artist will be performing too!

The concert is free to attend, with premium reserved seating available for purchase at $25 per table of four people and $35 per table of six. Tables can be reserved online via the Front Porch under the ‘Founders Day – Concert’ event or by stopping by Town Hall, 851 Celebration Ave. All proceeds will benefit selected Celebration civic and service groups.

Enjoy the greatest weather of the year amid friends and family with some great entertainment under the stars!

Founders Day/ Veterans Day Parade:

The annual Founders Day/ Veterans Day parade will be held on Saturday, November 8, at 9 a.m., downtown. This year’s parade will be one to remember, with a featured “Storm” performance by the Celebration High School Band. Groups, businesses, and organizations may sign-up to participate by turning in the application form, which can be found on the Front Porch, in this edition of the Celebration News, or by stopping by Town Hall. Submissions must be turned in by no later than Friday, November 3. And if you’re not walking in this year’s parade to celebrate multiple events, we hope to see you on the sidewalk cheering!
