C’YA Celebrity Softball Game
Dear Friends and Fellow Business Owners,
On behalf of “ALL” of our Celebration Community Sports and Activities, we are excited to announce our 1st Annual “C’YA (Celebration Youth Athletics) Celebrity Softball Challenge”. Please join us on Friday, February 18th, 2011 for the “Meet and Greet Celebrity Mixer” to be held at the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel and for the main event on Saturday, February 19th at Celebration High School for what is certain to be a great event for an even greater cause. This year, our C’YA Celebrity Challenge will feature not only a Celebrity filled Softball Game and Homerun Derby, but a day filled with Carnival style rides, games, food and festivities. Our “Meet and Greet Celebrity Mixer” will be limited to just 150 guests, so be sure to register and get your tickets early. Due to this chance to meet your favorite stars in an intimate setting, tickets will sell out quickly.
The proceeds of our “fun”draiser will benefit our Celebration High School athletic clubs, local youth leagues and civic programs that support not only the children of Celebration but also those of the surrounding Communities. This outing affords our school and local community the opportunity to keep many programs operational. The schools need more help than ever as funds are constantly being redirected and eliminated. It’s a shame to see the impact that this lack of funding is having on our children.
To get to the point, the success of our event depends strictly on donations through participation and attendance. The generosity of our vendors, sponsors, players and volunteers dictate the success of our event. We are seeking corporate and small business sponsorships, tournament and auction prizes and promotional products for giveaways. Sponsorship opportunities are listed on this brochure, so please help in any way you can. If your participation is not an option, please consider passing this along to your friends and neighbors, as they may be able to help. Remember, the athletes and students are the winners here.
